Rooftops Man

Rooftops Man

A Story by Roxannebelium

This is mostly a emotion story, and super short, but still. Review! Please! Thankyou! Bye!

Walking in the rooftops felt like a dream, like if I were flying, seeing, the world, really seeing it. It wasn't like those cheap simulator video games that make the screen look like it was from a plane's point of view. Those games are crap. But this, THIS, standing in the rooftops like a cat or something, is real. The wind is real. The goose bumps are real. The adrenaline is real. I can't believe I got so far; let myself go so far. The cigarette dangling from my hand, unlit, as I bring it to my face and whisper "We did this". I am so overcome with freedom and hysteria and i-don't-know-what's in my stomach that I am talking to a freaking cigarette. But I don't care. I don't care about anything, much. I don't even care if I fall because if I die, I shall die a happy man, knowing that I felt happiness once in my life. Hysteria takes over as I shout, " We did this! I FREAKING DID THIS!!". The buildings twinkle like stars and I believe that for once in my life, I am flying.

I don't know if I should do more story for this, or should I keep it as it is, like a entrée. A tiny piece of writing that doesn't satisfy your hunger. Or something. Anyway I was feeling poetic and stuff so..ya. Also ignore any grammar mistakes.
