Sonnet of a Faulty MarriageA Poem by Bad PoetryAlfred wasn’t a nice human being. He drank and bet until the wee hours. Elane found him on the floor constantly peeing. He asked what? I did it on your flowers. Elane was tired of this ritual. She did not know that Alfred refused help. Elane knew that he was habitual. When Alfred hit Elane she often would yelp. Elane's escape was through her garden. Elane found peace in her sacred roses. Alfred only made her tough skin harden. The cash was gone so the bank forecloses. Alfred cheats with a woman on a yacht. Elane gets a gun and fires a shot. © 2013 Bad PoetryReviews
