Funeral Of Friends

Funeral Of Friends

A Poem by Ross Emerson Realino

You might just be wondering why
The scars will never tell a lie
So light up those candles high
Bring out the cards of shame and die

Close your eyes and dream
Sleep in the coffin and float upstream
This vengeance of wasted tears
Not enough for all those bitter years

Look at the mirror and tell me a joke
Your reflection might just give you a choke
I'll help you hang yourself up the chair
I'll be glad to see you die and stare

Just tell me where it hurts
Your mouth sealed with stitches of hearts
Separate skin from the bones
Cry up to heaven to make some drones

You never treat me as someone with a name
And so I will return it just the same
Say your last fake prayer to heaven
Eight kills are better than seven

About
I used to try writing songs before but I can't make one, so I tried to find something where I can put my early works of lyrics. Until they were turned into poems. I started poetry when I was 16 years .. more..
