The Raven

The Raven

A Poem by Ross Emerson Realino

Whenever you are near
Too blind to look into your eyes
You must be a heaven sent
The unreachable, the unattainable

As I write this trash of poetry
I can see that you are right next to me
Only in my fictious dreams
Somewhere lonely, somewhat solitary

I have forgotten to find you
But our roads keep on intertwining
Fly away anywhere you want to
For you will always be my wonderwall

Wonderful :) I like the personal and raw feel the poem has, there's real feeling behind the words, my favourite lines are "I have forgotten to find you
But our roads keep on intertwining ", it's very powerful and I think also shows the random nature of life and love. Excellent work :D XxXx

About
I used to try writing songs before but I can't make one, so I tried to find something where I can put my early works of lyrics. Until they were turned into poems. I started poetry when I was 16 years .. more..
