In The BusA Poem by Ross Emerson Realino
In the bus,
Where minds wander freely And everyone is a stranger to see, A lady stands perfectly by the isle Gracefully blinking her eyes brought by weariness Keeping her sight on the urban life I wonder what she's thinking I wonder where she will go I wonder what she's missing And I don't know how it goes But in a blink of an eye She is nowhere in my sight The one that my eyes filmed for a while And a spectacle captured for a moment In the bus, Where borrowed times are left forever And the rain washes your worries away, Someone had just shot me unknowingly As the eyes of the world pass by my window Only to be revived by her smile in my mind © 2015 Ross Emerson RealinoAuthor's Note
