My Foxy Chemistry

Please don't stand so close to me
I might just fall down from my weary seat
Lights begin to dim as the day ends
I wish we could have more minutes to spend

Just one look at me is a fatal radiation
With an instant smile I can see less than miles
All those formulas you taught me
Are like solving my broken heart by you

Your hair resembles the waves in my mind
As I float downstream to your youthful heart
I've been yearning to see you twice a week
Or even thrice would be better for me

I feel the visceral reaction of lust, or better yet love. "Please don't stand so close to me" ; I know that feeling. A mere glance in the subject's direction is too overwhelming to bare. As hard as he tries, he can't withdraw his spellbinding captivation. Well written, this poem evokes much emotion in me. I hope I interpreted it correctly. I can also see layered and unrelated meanings from what I just wrote.
