I just want to be honest
To tell these words to my dearest
You better listen to me very well
That you are simply hot as hell

I may not be popular as you are
But I might be your distant star
I get high with your crazy kitten smile
Whenever I see your glance for a while

I almost die a little with a gun
When I see you work with another man
And I just can't change from being a fool
It just says that you are simply beautiful

man i love the jealousy that drives this one. boy i can relate - wish i couldn't - but i do. 'kitten smile' is great. keep up the good work. and yeah, as i said, i have a feeling that if you stray away from the rhyme, your emotion will come through stronger still. you can always go back, there's just a freedom and grit you can't get with end rhymes. maybe try more internal?
