Memories of the Distant PastA Poem by Ross Emerson Realino
Memories of the distant past
Of love that was never meant to last Songs that we have never made Love letters that soon will fade They will never know How I love you so That I could hardly die in my arms tonight Without a sweet glimpse of you in my sight I can hardly explain My shivers and pain Your doubts and fears Our laughters and tears There'll be no love songs to hear No more greetings, my dear No more rainbows to catch That paint the colors of our perfect match And now your just another part me That I really love to see And I'll be on my own separate way Far from you light years away © 2015 Ross Emerson RealinoAuthor's Note
