Tired

Tired

A Poem by Rose Diamond

I'm so tired
 Tired of caring
 Tired of trying
 Tired of breathing
 Tired of lying
I just don't have the energy to go on
Turn off the music I'm tired of that song
The effort it takes for my heart to beat
Is lost in a crack between the concrete
My will to survive is dwindling and dying
This flower wants to wilt
This star to stop shining
My mind is a burden
My arms and legs shake
The rest of me is tired
 But my soul is awake
"Live one more day
Breath one more breath
Be patient
My friend
You cannot rush Death"

I love the way this poem flows, it has a great structure actually. Totally relatable as well, when I was reading it I knew the exact feeling. This is really nice work.
