A prayer sent down from heaven......

We were meant to be ....

Cheerfully strolling  along the canal
glazing in each others eyes with love
yet sadness resting between two
people cheated from inwardly
bonding.
Yet from afar the sunset rays
whispers to the trees
these people are special
as they walk arm in arm
nothing can keep them
apart, despite their disappointments
quickly they forget their troubles
and look to the clear blue sky
for answers.
a little prayer is heard from
heaven above
suddenly it all makes sense
God walks with us through
the storms of life
He promises to never leave
us nor forsake us
His goodness and mercy
last for ever...
