TO MANY CHANGES........I just flipped !!!!!!!!!! Monday morning the blues hit me in the face again.. their has been so many changes in our family lately my spirit was so sad I

Deep deep deep
down down down
my spirit falls
into a gloomy
pit my heart
is rotting rotting
my flesh is weak
and their is no other
word for it my mouth
is so foul so sick
you have no idea
the trouble I may
have caused
please look and see
I wish I could take it
all back in a sheer
moment of anger
an impulsive outburst
maybe if I'd kept calm
perhaps prayed
and rested in the fathers
presence
is it to late now
perhaps to say that am so
sorry
please forgive me
for we all make
some Hastie mistakes
