A light in the darkest of days

A light in the darkest of days

A Poem by ROSALIND

Is this me
or am I crazy
I can't seem
to find my way
This  road I trodding
Feels like it's never
Ending.
Inside it's dark
Perhaps it's lonely
Psychology
Physically
Am shattered
Exhausted
In tears
When will it end
My days are like smoke
I  weep bitterly
I am broken
Utterly wretched
Blind
Were are you Lord
Why do you hide your presence
How long do I lie on
my sick bed
Helpless
Hopeless
Is their no rest for
The weary
My soul is in torment
The enemy surrounds me with fear.
But you O God
Have mercy
Compassion
Slow to anger
Abounding in Love
You have redeemed me
And called me by name .
I am a child of God .
