Callous Nation

Why is it innocent who suffer 

What is the purpose 

of bombing citizens

Babies 

Young children

Why oh why 

Because you do not seek 

God's wise words 

Instead you seek Human wisdom 

For solving conflict

You are spontaneous to quick of the mark.

Instead of seeking God's favour 

God's wisdom 

God's power 

You seek your own understanding.

That's accounts for nothing 

Instead it causes more strife.

Unless this nation falls on Thier knees

They will know no peace 

And inner peace 

Presence known when you seek 

God's guidance.

Wake up Wake up 

Nations 

Your hearts are dark 

Your hearts are far from God .

We are a nation 

Abandoned by God 

Because we are disobedient

I totally agree with the poet. A wake up poem for this nation and any nation to seek God, turn to Him, live by His rules, practice values and principles.
My religion too call for that.
