Are like a fragment
of a heart
needs tender loving care
Nurturing
Carrested
Carried
Cared  for
If the feathers wither
Bird dies
Like a wounded heart
Disease takes over
We carry needless burdens
Hanging on to bitterness
It cuts in like a knife.
Destroys human li
