Suicide awareness day

All alone desperate

and sad

With no-one to turn to

No hope

struggling with fear

feeling that you are

stuck in a big black hole

No one understands

nor cares

Need to end it now

 

Please help me

my head is full

of voices

telling me

to harm myself

Struggling to on

cant make sense

of this doom and gloom

If I end it now

I be free

from all this pain

 

Please don't grieve for me

Because I feel relieved

my suffering is over

I hope that you wont judge me

or the life that I led
