A batttered ChildA Poem by ROSALIND
hush little darling don't you cry
Mommas gonna wipe that smile left all alone to face my fears With nobody around battered into tiny pieces My self-esteem is low broken bruised in many places That was defiantly a blow No love No comfort nor encouragement But a life lived in constant fear. Of a brutal mother And what she would do to me............. © 2013 ROSALIND |
