In the arms of my Father .....

God comforts us when we are hurting..

Weeping
choking
drowning deep in
my own tears
Its painful
I can't stop these
Powerful Emotions
and lies....
I keep on pretending
I do not love you
but the truth is I do
I have always yearned
for your love.
But instead
You were as cold as ice
I'D been given the cold shoulder
eyes gazing into space
As if you were ashamed of me.
But I left the room
Distraught
Suddenly i knew
Your Love had gone.
There was nothing i could do
I felt my heart torn in two
I reached for God's comfort
I lay their in the palm of the father's arms ...
He kissed my brokenness away..
I now felt secure in his love..
