THE PAIN OF ABUSE.........

The pain of abuse stares at you
lying on the floor helpless
The awful moments sheer terror
begging,
Pleading for mercy
No More,
Abuse
No more beatings
No more being told
Your nothing but
Scum,
Your dirt,


Fight back Women
We are not victims
We must not be a door 
mat.
We women deserve much better.
Finally we are not beaten
No longer scared to face up
to the cruel and mean lies
 

We need to rise up
Men cannot get away with
such violence  towards women children
Their behavior is unacceptable.
Let us stand up rise, and fight back.
Our society needs to support
Vulnerable, people like these.
If we shut our eyes we are condoling it
Hiding it brushing it under the carpet.
Covering abuse up. It needs to be out into the open......
