Spider Webs

Spider Webs

A Poem by ROSALIND

Millions of spiders they climbed
Up the wall.
Spinning there webs so great
and small.
Ready to catch some flies
for a tasty meal.
Up and down
Round and down
They trap their
Victims one by one.
Trapping their little
black wings onto a net.
Now the spiders have
gone and ate

.

I don't like spiders, but I do like this poem.
"Up and down
"Round and down"
That very simply describes a spider while making a web.

The rhyme in this worked really well, especially the first four lines, those ones worked extra well. And that opened it for the rest. Nice story there to, of the spiders and how they get their food. Nice poem.
