A flicker of hope

A flicker of hope

A Poem by ROSALIND

A ray of sunrise flicked through
a Forrest bringing hope to all
who lived there.
In the past there were violent
Storms of men fighting for their
freedom they were...  . integrated
by another race
Now That intimidation was a thing of the
past.

A bright new rainbow appeared over the grey skies
Bringing fresh hope to all who lived there in that land .
Springtime showed more promise
When the first pure blooms of flowers
shined in all their Glory
And the robin red breast perched itself onto a tree
The sheer delight of watching the sunset golden colours
fading into the night .........
At last fear was no more ....
