~~Chapter 4~~ Story of the Crystals~~

After dinner May was cleaning the plates, which was strange to Ethan, because he assumed that seeing as she was Jason Cameron's wife, that they would have a line of servants ready to do the cleaning when the meals where finished. The three of them headed into the living room once again, while May cleaned the dishes and made some tea for everyone to drink.

Once they were sitting comfortable on the couch, Jason cleared his throat, before looking at the ceiling in deep thought. He was recalling how everything had came to be, and was trying to find the best place to start his story.
"Now, where to begin." He pondered. "Ah. I know. Back at the start, before the creation of the Elemental Crystals."
"We already know all that sir."
"You may think you know everything about that, but there is a few little things that you haven't been told about. Now, shall I begin?"
"Yes please, I haven't entirely heard this story completely either."
"Very well. Before the Elemental Crystals had been created, the world wasn't like what we know it. The world didn't even exist before the Crystals had been created. The Crystals were created for one main reason; the creation of a new world. This new world would be one where everyone would be able to live with everyone else, in peace and harmony. However, as the Elders where trying to search for people who we would deem responsible enough to wield the crystals, none of us realised that the Dark Elemental Crystal had been stolen. When we arrived back, we noticed and then decided that it was now or never. We had to find those suitable people to hold the Elemental Crystals and protect them. We hadn't told anyone, but if all the Elemental Crystals were in the wrong hands, it could cause this world that we know to vanish and be destroyed. We must make sure the Crystals are under constant surveillance and are never away from our hands."
"Wow."
"Now you know the truth about the City of Cameron's birth, and the Elemental Crystals also." Jason smiled, before getting up from the big black leather couch, and looking out the window. "We must get the Dark Elemental Crystals back, or the world will remain in danger."
"Don't worry sir. Rose and I shall search for the crystal and return it to you!" Ethan grinned, getting pumped and excited to go on an adventure.
"He's right." Rose smiled. "We will get the crystal back. And we won't stop until we do."

Before Rose and Ethan could leave the living room to get ready to go on this adventure, Jason smiled and hugged them both. He was glad that someone was going to the trouble to get the crystal back, and that they were going to do it without him having asked. After the hug was over, Rose headed to her room to get packed, and Ethan ran home as fast as he could. Their adventure would begin tomorrow morning, as they would meet at the gates of the city.
