~Chapter 5~ The Search and A LeadA Chapter by RoseA school that looks after and raises those who have been abandoned by their family just because they have supernatural abilities, and aren't truly human.~Chapter 5~ The Search and A Lead A few days after we had returned to the high school, and everything had seemingly went back to the way things used to be. I headed to the library one day to try find any information possible on who that guy was and what he was after. I spent a good few hours searching and still I found nothing. It was getting rather late, and everyone else had gotten worried about me and decided to go looking for me. Jason and Chinatsu were the first two to find me and when they seen what I was doing, they started to help, without even being asked. By the time the others had found us, all of us were trying to find out any sort of lead that could connect us to who that figure may have been, or anyone who could be linked to him. We kept searching late into the night, until out of nowhere Hiroki had found something that might have been just the kind of lead we were looking for. He had found out someone who matched the description of the figure we all had run into. He had been a former student at this high school, like all of us were, and he had vanished from it, not long after most of us had started here. His name was Zakura Masamoto. Like all of us he had been abandoned by his family in some way, but his was worse. His family had abused him before leaving him almost for dead. ********* We had decided to try and forget about Zakura for a while, and hope that he wouldn't try anything again. We relaxed for a while, and continued going to class. All we really were doing in the classes was learning on how to get along with those who were just plain human and nothing else, and as well as to learn to control and use our powers wisely. Most of the time Chinatsu would always fall asleep in class, which annoyed the teacher, but was really funny trying to wake her. After class that day, we decided to relax outside in the school grounds. Chinatsu was sitting on a tree branch, with Sophia and Shadow sitting underneath the tree; Jason was training with his powers not to far from the three of them; Hiroki was sitting on a bench reading a book he had found about Zakura and I had thought about just laying down on the grass and doing nothing, but I thought to myself that I needed to practice with my powers also. I walked over to Jason and hesitantly asked him. "Hey." I had always had slight feelings towards him, but had kept them hidden for a long time. "Mind if I train with you?" I questioned him. "Not at all." He grinned. We both started training, when the school gates opened, and in walked two new students. One of them looked badly injured, with blackish brown hair and bright sapphire blue eyes. She seemed younger than us all, and was also smaller, as the other student who had walked in, was carrying her in his arms. Whatever had happened to her, she must've been lucky to have that guy with dirty blonde hair, and hazel eyes find her. "You'll be okay Yuuki." The young male said, in a soothing voice. The girl seemed struggling to keep consciousness. Whatever had happened to her, it wasn't a good thing, and she needed to have been looked at and taken care of quickly. "What happened?" Sophia said, as we ran over to them. "She was attacked." The young male said. "I found her not too far away from this high school, and I couldn't leave her there." "Take her into the infirmary." I said, as I lead the way to the infirmary with everyone else following me. As soon as we reached the infirmary, the nurse took the young girl from the male, and placed her down on one of the beds. By now, the young girl had lost consciousness, and was still bleeding quite badly. Who had done this to her? And who were these two people? These were two of many questions that were running through my mind at the moment, and I know we would find out the answers sooner or later.
