A Saiyan and a Ninja brother and sister have been separated for a while, they have lost their parents, and have finally found each other. However, neither know what troubles they will face.
The Planet’s Destruction
The planet known as Vegeta was under attack from a evil over-lord called Frieza. He was determined to destroy this planet for good; however, all the Saiyans that lived on the planet were having none of it. They all teamed up to protect the children of the planet and get them as far away from there as they could, so they would become the new generation of Saiyans. There was a couple who were completely different in ever way, but had somehow fallen for each other, even though they weren't from the same race. The man was a Saiyan from the planet of Vegeta itself, whereas the female was a ninja from the village of Konoha. They had a son and daughter who they loved so much and were willing to protect even at the cost of their own lives.
"Get them out of here!" The man called to his wife, as she nodded and picked up her 5 year old daughter - who had black hair and dark brown eyes - while looking over at her son.
"Come with me." She said to him, before running out the door heading towards two ships. He followed close behind not wanting to disobey his mother.
"What's going on?" The little girl questioned her mother, as she was placed in one of the ships.
"Don't worry; you'll both be safe soon." The woman smiled, fighting back the tears that were threatening to fall.
"Dragunov, Oni, you'll be safe." The man said, after getting sent back towards them. He looked hurt, but didn't seem to be giving up. "Now." He said to his wife.
"Right." She nodded and placed two of the same necklace on both her son and daughter. "If you get separated, you will find each other." She smiled, as she set the co-ordinates into both the ships, before putting her son into his.
Both the ships left the planet, just before the explosion took place. The shock wave from it must've sent the ships in different directions, as by the time they got near Earth; both were heading in different directions. The daughter's was heading towards the village of Konoha, whereas the son's was heading to the middle of nowhere.
Now, as 12 years have passed, the son is nearing the village of Konoha, in hope of finding his younger sister. Now that he is 19 he knows that he is able to take care of himself easily, although, his search to find his sister will be harder than he thought, as he doesn't even remember her name, or what she looks like. However, for the daughter, who is now 17, she believes that the female who found her is her mother, as she has raised her since she was five, and when she was found she seemed to have no recollection of her true family at all, or that they may be dead, the only thing she did know was that she had a brother who wasn't by her side just now, and was missing. She hoped she would find him, or at least, he would find her.
If there is anything that you think could be made better; grammar, spelling, ideas, etc. please feel free to leave your ideas and changes in comments please and I will take them into consideration and possible change it to what you suggest. This is my own kind of story, however things relating to Naruto and DragonBall I don't take any credit for those things, and all credit goes to the rightful owner.

You were asking about a possible name for the book ? Well, "Masked Blood" is okay, but the very definition means that you are covering up blood. Is that part of the story ? Think about what the story is really about and base a name upon that.
For instance, the name of one of my books is, "Future Barrier," the very one I'm working on today in fact. It's "future" because there is time-travel in it, and barrier because a great barrier separates two kids from the rest of the world, and ultimately that is the story.
If this is a fan-book for, "Dragonball Z" though, you are more than welcome to use that name, "Dragonball," as the first word in your title. Fan-books are hard to locate unless they contain actually worded elements from which they are portrayed.
For instance, if I made a fan-story based on Powerpuff Girls, I wouldn't call it, "Sweet Revenge," no, it might be, "Powerpuff Revenge" so other readers can easily locate it.
As for the layout and presentation, it looks good ! I don't see any problems. You are leading up to a nice introduction at the start and telling a good story from there.
Keep it up !
