Altaïr

Altaïr

A Poem by Anna

Amethyst sky descends on
Lilac and sandstone
Twilight calls for peace
And safety
Intruding in the sleepy dunes
Rotting for the moon.

I like poetry about the sky and known objects in the sky. Whether the poet means it or not the reader may take many implications from such a theme.
