Winter's Suffocating Breath

A clean white blanket covers the earth
Erasing all color
Blindingly white
Chilling all that which crosses its path
Creeping through the cracks
Being sure that you freeze
Stealing your heat as you walk among it
"Enough," we all cry
But we will just have to sit here
Waiting for the warmth to return
Because we all are trapped by

Very well written!!! Reminded me of Moscow where we stayed for a couple of years."Creeping through the cracks/Being sure that you freeze" is equally applicable to Moscow winter.Your description of winter makes me shiver.i can feel the chill here in this humid weather. yeah, well said "IT'S ENOUGH ABOUT IT"...well penned...you know what i believe that if we write from out reality...!! If we write about our that moments where we feel good n quite interstin' then we can write much good than our imaginary...!!

cold days're my fav. days n i enjoy every minute of it...moreover i love to enjoy "RAINY one's"....because there i can feel who i'm..."A TINY DROP OF RAIN'...!!

you really memorized my those awesome days and now i'm missin' my rainy days....hahah...
anyway, in your every step words're nice n good to read...your this poem just an impact of your ways on us...because winter loves to b with snows...lol
