Given the change

Extension of "Quote"

 

Who I was, between who I have become, who I am now, and who I'm going be. I would not give a single tear back, cause then I would have to give back the smiles. I would not change how the sun would rise or set. I will let the rain wash away the pain you gave to me so I could be whole again.
 If I were given the  chance to change the sands of  time, I would not give a moment back because I wouldn't change a thing of who I am or who I want to be, learning to love myself for who I am and learning I cannot please everyone. When you look into my eyes, you can see the passing tides that brought me where I am today. 
As the clouds pass by and the sun begins to set. The lessons I have learned from yesterday is just a part of his plan to make us understand you can't change everything
If I were given the chance to change the sands of  time, I would not give a moment back because I wouldn't change a thing of who I am or who I have become. So just love all who you are and one day you will see... Just how perfect you are to me.
There is someone out there who loves you as much as me, and when they see what’s in your heart, your wings will feel free. Make your marks and share your scars, show the world who you are. 
Given the chance, I would not change the sands of time, I would not give a moment back, I would not give one smile back or a single tear. Locking up all my fears… I know what brought me here and I would not give one moment back because those moments got me here today.

This is hearfelt, and I truly relate to this... for you are who you are because of the journey you went through... If you were to change your path you would not have learned to accept the things that make you who you are today.
