There is so much truth written between those lines. It is a comforting feeling to know we wouldn't change the sands of time. All of our experiences (good and bad) have made us who we are today. It is wonderful to look beyond the exterior of a person and see the beautiful soul that resides, finding perfection. This poem speaks volumes about your gentle spirit and lovely soul. Very nice - more a poem than a quote, or both! Applying it to myself, which I think most people will, I agree - I've made mistakes over the years, but I wouldn't really change anything. Anyone who writes and enjoys writing will probably say the same.
