Engraved in stone

I don't know if this is good but I wanted to share haha :)

Almost like a fairy tale, a story your heart began to tell before you even understood what dreaming was about… Like a song that begins to be engraved slowly into your heart. Never knowing what’s to be or what faith has in store for me.                

            Like a heart engraved in stone, like a love forever told. In a beautiful way the future telling us there is something amazing waiting for you and me, a story that starts untold and then slowly beings to unfold in time. 

            I never knew what to expect at times. It’s hard to catch my breath and believe that someone like you would catch my eye and that the peaces would easily fall in to place. As the time goes on I can see that this story was made for us.

At times it’s hard to think this path is meant for me, but you cannot stop destiny and the places your heart will take you. This was a story untold but was always meant to be, a story you have heard a million times before but said that won’t be me.

When it’s time you will know it's right, only time will have the happy ever after to this fairy tale, forever held in the sands of time, not knowing what’s on the other side but that’s the beauty of this surprise. It’s your own personal happy ending. You’re very own new beginning, a Cinderella dream come true.

Dreams were meant to become reality like endless stories that will be forever written. There was one that was always in our heart and now it was finally time to see what was always meant to be. Our love was engraved in stone before we knew we knew what was to be.

A story that begins separately but slowing intertwines. Two worlds collide and the stars just seem to shine brighter than you ever remembered them too. Then I will know it’s true, this journey was meant to be with you.

Thank you!! That was how I felt when I wrote it. A love that was always meant to be and seemed to almost be written or "Engraved" in stone permitting that this love is true :) haha
