Wrath

Wrath

A Poem by Darkest Rose

Winds shift,
Sky changes,
Rain pours down,
Lightning strikes.
The wrath of god strikes down,
Pouring down his hatred,
Hatred of the killers,
The thugs and thieves.
Winds shift,
Sky changes,
Lightning strikes,
Gods heavy fist rains down.
He shows himself this once,
Tells us again,
For one who sins,
His wrath will rain,
Head his word,
Take in the meaning,
End his mighty wrath,
And live in peace once more.

Interesting way to think bout the rain. And just today it rained and thundered a little here.
