Waiting

Waiting

A Poem by Darkest Rose

I sit at the door step,
Waiting for your return,
I wait and wait,
Through rain and hail,
Snow and wind.
I refuse to move,
I must wait,
I must wait.
Wait for what?
Your gone,
Must wait,
But must move on.
Oh lord I'm confused.
Help me choose,
Wait or give up.
Your gone but I must wait,
Wait for your sweet return.
I shall wait,
Wait until the day I die.
