Dream Land

Dream Land

A Poem by Darkest Rose

Lost in a world of wonder,
Caught in a sleepy tide,
Sailing down a chocolate river,
To meet the candy cane prime minster.

Tree's of candy floss,
Bushes of caramel chocolates,
Grass of liquorice,
And flowers of spun sugar.

Houses of gingerbread,
Paths of toffee,
Syrup covered roofs,
Popsicle chimney.

My perfect sweet land,
Full of little treats,
Perfect sweet land,
I love coming to you in my dreams.

Lovely... very fun and different, nicely describing the land with its sweets, nice imagery for that. Very good.
