Play To Win At Life

Life is like a game

Forever playing the stakes

You play to win

No matter the gamble

No matter the loss

If you lose your done

No going back

You gamble what you have

For the sake of improvement

But what improvement is there?

You lose anyway,

Can't you see?

You lost the moment you began to play!
This is a game of hate

Nothing will ever change that.

I know this isn't really a poem but it just popped into my head so I wanted to post it up here.Please give me any advice or changes that need to be made. Thanks :)

I like the central idea of this theme :). I would recommend that you add a bit of flow to enhance the message. Overall, the centralized theme is nice and aboveboard-- giving the reader a clear intention of the piece! Kudos!

A powerful write... why not be a poem? I think it is a poem, it speaks well of life, truth and is strong. From the moment of being born we are set into the world, a world full of life, like it's a game with every obstacle we are given. Good write.
