I'm sorry Cafe, I've been awayA Poem by Rosa Carlyle-MitchellA justification of my pending return to this lovely site.
Sorry about my absence!
I've really missed you folk. Yes, when I say I do apologise it's the antithesis of 'joke'. I've been travelling the world into which we've all be hurled. Four countries I have seen and well delighted I have been. London struck me down as it's a public transport town, which confuses me to death! I was permanently out of breath. Dublin, ah yes Publin! In much Guinness I be dabblin. For beauteous moors on the coast God deserves a bloody toast. Berlin: an exquisite city as the decrepit's not a pity. Old buildings stained by spray recall all that the bold do say. Then Switzerland and cheese I found myself easy to please. They were cocoa, love-filled weeks of which I'd not make any tweaks. I lament the conclusion of my trip
because reality is harder to grip. My life has never homed such an epoch; Sometime's I want to turn back the clock. © 2013 Rosa Carlyle-MitchellAuthor's Note
