Brothers

To my two sons whom I love more than anything in this world.

Brothers

Two boys, with one father and one mother

Two boys, one older than the other

Two boys playing and having fun

Two boys enjoying the sun 

Two boys, so young and full of life

Two boys, that I got with my wife

Two boys, so full of eternal love

Two boys, a truly gift from above

Those two Boys are brothers

And a reflection of their father and mother

Brothers whom are so close but fight

But still best friends when it turns to night

Brothers so tiny and small

Brothers with the most beautiful Soul

Brothers with the heart of gold

Those never could be bought or sold

Two brothers defined as my sons

Whom I would protect with my fists and my guns

These boys I will forever love and cherish

These boys will own my heart until my soul will forever perish.

Wow, I really like this! Great work! I don't usually read poetry that much, especially poetry that rhymes. I really should because I finally realized the difficulty when I had to write a piece of rhyming poetry in classs, so I applaud you. This piece was written really well and really resonated with me, for me and my brother and my sister.

My favorite line was this one:
"Brothers whom are so close but fight
But still best friends when it turns to night"

Thank you so much for your kind words, I'm not a big poet a and don't know any technical terms, I'm just an ordinary guy that like to play around with words, I don't sit down to write I just put down to paper the silly things that goes trough my head :)
