Love sighed for in vain...

            Moonlight on the bay...

             couldn't be that far away

             a dancing upon the waves

             us, together out on the quay.

 

      Paradise tease, our impossible dreams theme.

 

            Endings all to soon

            reaching out for June

            mere words could never relay

            stall captured, on sundries sway.

 

           Both, breathing in the night

           twined heart stopping delight

           forever on wings this ever now

           seamed souls, bound second sight.

 

           Loves light in your eyes

           aching, this fragile embrace

           yearning for beginnings kisses

           to taste, moonlight in your sighs.

 

      Paradise hides reflections, of memories prize...

          I realize, as you melt away... again sing

         sing, of moonlight on the bay

       bound, light years away 

     endings keep.
