Not surprisingly it's celebrating children because this is the time when we particularly remember how  a very special child was born in a humble manger over two thousand years ago.

Come the day, the sweet sung day,

When bells ring loud and children play,

Light the world for He is born,

See, oh see, bright Heaven's dawn…

We your children give thanks everyday 

For the greatest gift you've raised

In Your glory and honor we pray…

 

USA

 

Children are in pain

Their lives are lost in vain

He who keeps us alive

Forgets about life

 

Denmark

 

Pray for the hope for every child,

Smile his or her heart forever,

Playing or sleeping happy,

We beg God answer our prayer.

 

France

 

Hear the angels voice ..

Children look at the stars shine

They ran to shed for bow

Child who is born.

 

Poland

 

Noel noel held in swaddling cloth,

The Savior’s birth Christmas, hails to bring

A greatest gift to all God’s children,

Peace on Earth and hope to this manger...

 

Canada

 

Upon the hour, the blessed hour,

The bells ring out, from every tower,

Children wake, to a magical day,

On this, the sacred holiday…

 

Ireland

 

I went home and saw a pine tree

I started to decorate it freely

And it became a Christmas tree

Come fast Santa with your present please…

Behold the babe, God’s only Son,

the Kind of Kings, to Him we ran,

He blesses all children, Jesus his name,

joyfully sing, His glory proclaim ...

 

India

 

For it shines all year

But today it glows like a dream

Come on out my dear

We need your Christmas gleam…

Now comes night, sweet sacred night,

God’s peace fills the air, and all is right,

Starry host sings a lullaby

For children’s dreams on which to fly…
