Novelty ToyedA Poem by Rommel MartinIt’s been a long time Since I met anyone stable The fixed or new will soon end up in fables
Broken toys have the best stories To think it seems routine to be defective We have no choice and can’t be so selective
Our maker has no image There’s no use looking for a label Let it just play out Even the wise have their doubt
To pieces we get over being dropped or over used, the hands and torso sometimes do get unglued
Skin isn’t plastic The soul although is thoroughly elastic Manufactured by two, and Only opened by those who you choose to. © 2013 Rommel MartinFeatured Review
