Demons in my head.

Demons in my head.

A Story by Romit

This is a short paragraph from a chapter I am writing, got really hooked up on it so decided to share it online.

"
Everywhere around us, wherever you see there’s sorrow, sadness, hunger, dissatisfaction, lust, envy, wrath and then we lament about the dying chivalry. On the edge of a road there sits a man looking up at the sky which shoots him with its tears and he shoots it back with tears of his own, of the sorrows of his misfortune, to his sadness his attack has been rendered useless by the gravity which always kept him down. He feels hunger not that he was ever surfeited with food, but he still knows what pain being hungry causes. The dissatisfaction of his failures as a son, as a parent, as a human being was enough to bring him to the end of the road. As he closed his eyes he visited his past, his life, his wasted hours on his lust towards the more beautiful and his envy towards the more successful. He screamed one last time with what seemed like the wrath of the world and in agony he went on towards the incoming bus. In his last breathe he promised his loved ones to meet at the other side, to seek the truth beyond the end of light, which he might never get to know.
