Bullet For My Valentine Inspired Poem

Waking my demon, the end is near

They’ve caused my pain and now it’s their turn

I’ll pillage, I’ll destroy I’ll kill and make them the animals of the underworld.

I’ll change my form, become the demon within myself

then my world will be in balance.

My beloved monster and I will leave this hell,

live our happily ever after in the Kingdom of the Dammed.

My life is out of my control now,

Life makes no sense anymore

I’m on a train to nowhere, a crazy train

This feeling of losing grip on reality,

don’t know what’s real and what’s fake

I’m going off the rails, I’m losing my balance

I’m going off the rails on this crazy train

I’m finally coming home, I’ve been gone for far too long

I wonder if you even remember me at all

My wounds are still so sore and now I’m torn,

I’m far away from the real world now..

Seeing your face makes my heart burst into fire

I’m waiting forever to be apart but I’m still torn,

And still seeing your face makes my heart burst into fire.

There you are, your warmth is slowly fading.

Someone is hanging on with they’re goddam problems

Would you hear me, if I called your name, would you still hold me if you knew my shame..?

While your tears are falling, they’re crashing around me

Your conscious calls my sins to come home.

Taking my last breath in this battered room, will all this ever end?

God I’m hoping, my world is over one more f**king time.

Heaven is awaiting you, close your eyes and say goodbye

Take the final step and let your pulse stop

Shattered glass keeps falling, my life is misery but I’d sacrifice anything in the world just to hold you

No more breath is inside of me, please just say goodnight, just sleep tight

These flowers are laid out just for you, so many colours blinding me.

Your face reflecting in our baby’s eyes, my life is misery but I’d sacrifice anything in the world just to hold you

So here I am, you’re still inside of me, here I am my world is over

Here I am with you, I’m back to the end,

My memories are calling me, so I say farewell my friend.

ok, no, this is just unacceptable there should be more reviews on this i mean like hundreds should be pouring in but im shocked when is see "13 views" . got a bit off topic but never mind that, haha. i love the imagery first of all its so rich and vivid secondly that beginning! my god i loved it i dont know way it reminds me of a monologue that i did in drama, it was like the beginning of the end of a story before it even began it was great i loved it! thirdly is the fluidity, no rhyme no nothing which i can appreciate as it focuses on more serious matters and heightens the mood for me,

WELL DONE!

Well like my profile says, my name is Linda and I'm a highschool student. I guess my sterotype persona would be scenomo, a happy emo but still fairly emotional. I'm a fan of anime especially ones .. more..
