Unplug

Unplug

A Poem by Panhead Rod
"

A poem reflecting my frustration of the new worlds technologies...

"
...
I am now a number...
Lost in digital confusion...
Internet engulfing me...
Finding no escape...
My very thoughts,
producing ads...
Apps wanting me to use...
Fees unknown...
While AI replaces me...
Identity stolen...
Mis-information abounds...
Search engines now ruled,
by corporate greed...
Every search recorded,
by closet marketers...
Squeezing dollars from my soul...
Common sense alienated...
Now, searching for solutions...
Trying to find ways,
to just unplug...
...
