Let me dream...

It makes me happy

dreaming about the life I wish I had.

I know it will never happen.

But what is so wrong about 

dreaming about it?

I know it is dangerous

that I can get lost in my dreams

my imagination

loose my sense of reality.

But I need it...

Without it I am just an empty body

without a soul.

Because my soul lives in

a different world

a different life

so let me dream

let me live

Without dreams we can't aspire to be better or be imaginative. Art would lose its beauty. Hope would lose meaning. The mundane would be all we know. I say keep dreaming for as long as you do there is always hope for the better.
