This is very refreshing to read after some of the other stuff I've been reviewing.
Mysterious line, “Walking through time Thinking of you
Interesting too, “Taunt spectators No longer awed By Ethereal mysteries” and “the familiar stranger”
There’s a part there near the middle that’s a little bit preachy, but not over the top
Amazing idea of silver rains making its way into the Milky Way
“Seven colors of time” - wow, what the heck is that, the words carry a powerful essence
The whole thing is almost like a long haiku, even if haikus are supposed to be short
The last lines are great. I feel the same way wholeheartedly, trying to get back to the source, myself, ourselves, etc
I get the feeling that you are really searching through many layers of philosophy and religion and reflections of all sort, like a vessel riding waves of it all, making its way, or drifting towards a worthy destination and answers we already know deep down
"She loves me
She hates me
She destroys me
Then wants me"
Some people have that effect..
"Damn, I love you, but this is crazy,
I have to fight you almost daily,
We break up so fast,
And we, we make up so passionately,
Why can't we just trust each other?
You can't hate me and be my lover,
Passion ends, and pains begins, I come back...
And we're doing it again,"
"Another trip
Around
The
Sun
Leaves me feeling
As if
I’ve been here before
As though
I’ve been striving
All my life
To
Get back
To
Where
I’ve already been"
This was beautiful. I will have to read it again - going through it I grasped at as many pieces as I could. The words come out at you and piece themselves together, yet it leaves the reader to take it any way their imagination sees fit. You wrote a wonderful piece, thank you so much for sharing your talent :)
