Chapter 2
My thoughts turned wild, I couldn't trust anyone and it was already dark. I ran out and saw my neighbors. They told me they hadn't seen anything, but I could see lies in their face. "Mr.Crimson!" I heard a voice from across the street yelled, "I saw everything " an old man who seemed around 64 years old said as he approached me. "What do you mean? Do you know where she is?!" I asked. "It was a van who came to kidnap her, I got to see everything and these people didn't...anyways, the truck was black, headed south, I overheard them into going to the the cemetery by hills stree-" a loud shot that had hit the old man in the back through his lungs, the place where the bullet had come from was yet unknown. It had interrupted the old man as i caught him in my arms, his warm dark-red blood was running through my hands as he slowly began to die, "leave young boy, save your lady, and leave me here...".My adrenaline went high as i slowly put him on the floor and ran to my truck, I started the engine and went in search for Jenny, without caring about the speed i was going. I got to the cemetery, I saw the black van speed away, I then saw a body in a bag they had left behind. I got off as my heart was racing hoping to not see what i knew i was going to see, and ran towards it...without doubt it was Jenny, Jenny was dead... My heart stopped working properly as I saw her laying cold and dead, she was all i wanted and she was the one, the one i was going to marry, the one my kids would call "mommy" and now she's not with me anymore. Warm yet cold tears rolled down my cheeks, without stopping as I kissed her cold lips and told myself that it was all just a bad dream, that soon i would wake up from it and see her in my arms...My phone rang and i received a phone call from my brother, Marcelo "Tony why did you do it!" my brother yelled. I was confused on what he talked about "do what?!" I angrily asked as I had no time for games. "You were accused, it's all over the news and media that you killed a 64 year old man and ran off, everyone is in search for you..."
