rough days

A Poem by Robert Cohen

On rough days, emotions change in the middle of a depression, but God puts his plans into place. The grieving phase is never an easy space to be in because grieving is a process in which there’s no time limit. It should never be taken as a leap or rush to get through because every individual is different and it affects everyone in a variety of ways. Never let another individual misdiagnose your grieving process, no matter the circumstances.
