Mental state of mind

We go through stages of life where we all have difficult emotions that effect our minds but we must do our best not to let it get to us

Right now y'all I'm not in a good place mentally im not all there physically im just struggling in my mind with my emotions and i keep going through the same cycle every couple of days I'm mentally fatigued but i refused to give up because god has been so good for me to give up anyone who reads this just know the your blessing and your break through is on the week dont give up just hold on a little longer god god's got you
