These are some methods you can use when your strength needs to be renewed.

Sometimes we have to realize that waiting is not necessarily a bad thing. Most of the time waiting just prepares you for the process you will have to go through to get to your next level in life. If you rush the process you may end up being in the situation longer than God intended for you to be there. There are times when the process may be delayed but delayed does not mean denied. The way we see time, is not the way God sees time. What we see things as taking years, for God it may only take a couple of months. Take your time and dont let the trials and tribulations of life get you down because your life is worth much more than what you may be going through. Everything is a process and you have to work through the process to get to the next season in your life. But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
