Nothing Just Happens

Nothing Just Happens

A Poem by Robert Cohen
"

Everything in life happens for a reason. Even down to the people we meet on a daily basis. Because the people we meet are bound to impact our life in a special way!

"
God always has people positioned to help you when you need it most. Today I was rolling around candler hospital and a tech walked past me. I asked him to please take a picture of me and she did. After that I told her about myself and everything I have experienced in my life from birth. And she explained that her step son had the same medical condition as I do. Which is cerebral palsy. And we were able to connect from there. She was very touched by what I have accomplished and being able to live my life without limits or boundaries. And just letting things happen as they come. Because we are not in control of the cards like Jesus. All we can do is play the hand we are dealt and make the best out of the life that he has given us. But just because life gave us a bad hand, don't take for granted the small things that life does able you to do like using your hands. Being able to get up and get dressed or just something simple as being able to bless someone's day with your smile. You never know the impact just how those little things can do for someone. We are all running the same race and jumping the same hurdles. Everyone just has different ways of conquering life's obstacles but that is what makes the world so special and such a unique place to live in. So always spread love to everyone. Because you never know when it may be your turn to need an encouraging word or smile to brighten your day.
