Wake Up, America!

I wrote this poem to alert the people of what's going on in our society.

Wake up to a new world, a new season, a new way of seeing things

Wake up to the life that you’re supposed to be living; the life that God called you to live

Wake up to the world of love and not destruction, and helping other people

Wake up to brightness of the sun that shines down on you

Wake up to life abundantly, Wake up to living life unconditionally in love

Wake up America, I’m asking you to wake up with me because time is running out and we are losing people over senseless crime and murder and this is not the way it should be
