A poem about a crush

Although I know not your name nor sound

In your face truly love my heart has found

But dolefully I find I must now say

That fate has decreed we meet only by day

And oh how I pray this to soon change

To soothe my heart broken free of all constraints

However those rosy horizons seem to hold no hope

So in these words I will try to cope

With the truth of my doomed desires

And my heavy heart trapped in this dark mire

May I find some peace in admiring from afar

Your great beauty that shines like the brightest star
