Nagging Death

Nagging Death

A Poem by RobbieT

There are those who fear death
They constantly run from him
Hiding him away in the corners of their mind
As if ignorance would let them escape
I
I do not fear death
But nor would I invite him in for tea
In my humble opinion He is like a nagging mother
Always pushing me to push myself
Always urging me to make my mark
Go to college!
Ask for his number!!
Publish that poem!!!
Never a moment's peace
But that's how I'd have it be
